Server Stations
Designed by Basile Studio
This is a series of three walnut cabinet sets to be used as server stations for an upcoming restaurant in the heart of La Jolla, San Diego. All drawers and cabinets are tap-to-open and soft-close and offer plenty of storage for servers. The counters are Satin Blue Tahoe quartz with a backsplash and custom edge detailing.

An example of an exploded view to aid in communicating design intent to fabrication. All CAD models are supplemented with full drawing packages according to GD&T standards, CNC cut lists, Bill of Materials, and installation instructions.

Center Server Station
This server station features twelve custom built-in undercounter wine chillers, two trash chutes, and plenty of storage. There are two point-of-service stations with custom rose-gold sheet metal covers. Sitting in the center of the main restaurant, this floating station will serve as a central hub for servers during service.

Back Server Station
This server station features six custom built-in undercounter wine chillers, a trash chute, an undercounter glass polisher raised by a scissor lift, a sparkling and still water tap, server sink, and a three-foot refrigerator. There is one point-of-service station with a custom rose-gold sheet metal cover. With plenty of storage and wine glass shelving, this will be a necessary hub for servers to restock during service.

Supplemental Server Stations
These server stations are floating in the center aisle of the restaurant. They boast angled waterfall quartz countertops with continuous edge detailing, push-to-open preparation boards for the head of wine, and adjustable shelves. They also capture all of the LED drivers in the adjacent booth seating behind false back panels.

Rose-gold POS Cover
This is a custom sheet metal POS cover with pen holder and removable printer cover. Allows for tap-to-pay and shields the screen from diners' vision.
